Payment for workshops will be taken in advance of the workshop date, usually at the time of booking.
Gift vouchers are non-refundable and can be exchanged for services such as fused glass workshops or for goods purchased from www.theglassforge.co.uk. Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date the gift voucher is issued.
If you cannot attend, or no longer require a place on a workshop, please provide notice of cancellation at least 7 working days prior to the workshop start date.
If for any reason you need to cancel your workshop, arrangements will be made to book another workshop at a future mutually convenient date. If this is no longer feasible for you, then a full refund will be given as long as the booking has been cancelled at least 7 days before the workshop date.
Faulty or Damaged Items
As all of our fused glass art is bespoke and handcrafted, no two pieces are the same. Therefore, variations in size, shading, colour, shapes, glass, and design elements are to be expected.
Every order, commission and sale is handled with extreme care. Our work is wrapped and well protected prior to being shipped. However, if an item is damaged during shipping, please take a photo as documentary proof and let us know within 48 hours of receipt of your parcel. Please email photo to: [email protected] following which we will then either exchange the product or offer a full refund.
If your item is faulty or damaged we will refund the returns postage for a replacement or full refund. Refunds may take up to 7-10 days upon receipt of the item to be processed. Refunds can only be made to the original method of payment in order to prevent money laundering.
The Glass Forge uses a PayPal Business account which accepts website payment via Pay Pal. Please note when making a website purchase you will be re-directed to a shopping cart powered by PayPal.
